Hi. I’m Dan Attridge, a web developer from Norfolk, England. I first became interested in programming and web developement around the year 2000. After experimenting with some programming languages in my free time, I decided to go back to college to undertake a diploma in software engineering.
Shortly after graduating, my first job in the industry required me to learn PHP – a server side language used to program the majority of the worlds websites. Concurrently I began learning MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance my development capabilities.
I enjoyed PHP web development so much that I’ve stuck with it ever since, continually expanding my knowledge and expertise to learn new languages and frameworks including, WordPress, CodeIgnitor, Laravel and Magento 2. Over the years I’ve worked for a number of different businesses including e-commerce retailers, digital marketing agencies and a cloud telephony company to gain a wide and varied understanding of the industry.
